Free basic code pull: This entails hooking your vehicle up to a basic diagnostic scan tool and writing out codes for you. This does NOT include diagnosing the vehicle.
Check engine diagnostic: This entails our tech, not only scanning the codes, but also researching the codes, and taking the time to find where the codes stem from. Having a proper diagnostic helps ensure that your vehicle receives the right fix the first time! Check engine lights are often not a cause for panic unless your vehicle is experiencing drive-ability issues. However, it's always better to err on the side of caution and have the source of the light diagnosed.

Free Limited A/C Check: We know the Austin heat can be a real bummer, especially when your A/C isn't cooling. We offer a FREE Limited A/C Check to help you beat the heat! This limited diagnostic includes a system pressure check as well as a check of the function of compressor, condenser and fans. If the system pressure, compressor, condenser and fans are all fully functional but the A/C is still blowing warm, we would have to perform a regular diagnostic to determine the cause.

Thinking about buying a used car? Going on a long road trip? It's always good to know exactly what you're getting yourself into! This check is a thorough and comprehensive check of the systems and functions of your car, top to bottom. This includes:
- Oil, fluids, battery, hoses, belts, noises, codes, tires, brakes, boot, shocks/struts, exhaust, control arms/bushings, A/C, glass, lights, wiper blades, horn, seat belts, interior/exterior damage, a road test to check acceleration, braking, steering, clutch, and transmission function, and any leaks coming from the engine, transmission, transfer case, power steering, brakes, fuel, or coolant.

Service includes: checking for leaks, checking radiator and other cooling system components as needed.
If your car is overheating, experiencing temperature fluctuations, low coolant light is coming on, or your heater is malfunctioning, it's important to get the issue checked immediately. NEVER allow your car to overheat!

If you have recently been in an accident or have minor body damage you would like fixed, stop by either Yost location and a manager will come out to assess the damage. In most cases, we can give you a quote on repairs within one business day. If the body damage is extensive and repairs are required to internal functions as well, we suggest leaving the vehicle with us to run a full diagnostic to assess the extent of the damages.

Benefits: A proper wheel alignment ensures better gas mileage, general drive-ability safety, and slows the wear on your tires. If you notice your car is pulling strongly in one direction or drifting, stop by for an alignment check.

Evap code/emissions diagnostic: This is an in-depth look into your vehicle's evaporative system. It includes a smoke test and testing of the solenoids and/or oxygen sensors.
